The British team look oods-on favourites for diving gold in Beijing 2008 following the publication of this photo from their secret training camp in the Caribbean. Pictured is Rob performing his gravity defying pike (with no fewer than 0 twists) from the 10cm platform. As shown here, due to the extreme difficulty of this dive it is recommended that you have a spotter on hand in case something goes wrong.
